DDP CONFIGURATOR / 2026
Storage that keeps
your team creating.
Choose your system. Shape your storage. Find the bandwidth for every stream, every project and everyone on your team.
Choose your system
Four system families. One shared environment.
Hardware specifications and source comparison
PSU ratings describe capacity. The operating-power figure below uses an adjustable planning assumption; it is not a measured value.
Two matching interface sets included, one for each head.
Build your storage
Storage that fits the way you create.
SSD project cache · RAID 5 / 6
SSD project cache accelerates active media; it does not increase unique HDD storage capacity.
Weight & power assumptions
Operating power is a planning estimate using the percentage above, not a measured value or startup peak. Redundant PSU ratings describe capacity; they do not establish actual consumption. Replace these assumptions with the exact drive weights and measured power when available.
EX card, SAS links and shelf count require matching to the selected base system. Up to five shelves shown for planning; final chain qualification is required. EX capacity is separate from SSD project cache. Shelf bandwidth, empty weight and PSU load are not added to the base-system estimate.
JB expansion shelves OPTIONAL
Passive dual-SAS shelves. Up to five per DS array. GS compatibility requires confirmation.
Fully populated HDD shelves use independent RAID 6 sets. The selected layout applies to each shelf; expansion adds capacity, not controller bandwidth.
Plan your bandwidth
Combine formats, frame rates and concurrent streams.
Available bandwidth is limited by the active storage tier, system uplink and HA head interfaces. Client links use 85% efficiency and one stream per client. Figures are estimates; HDD workloads, cache misses and mixed reads/writes need validation.
